My dream house has a big laundry room off of the back yard, with a shower and bathroom adjacent--that includes a urinal.
Boys. Gotta love 'em. Gotta teach them to clean their own bathroom.

Or teach 'em to sit to urinate. Lots of European men do this, and it definitely keeps toilets/toilet rooms cleaner. (Toilets are often separate from bathtub/shower areas - another plus.)
